Publish your listing easy and fast for your property for sale or rent in the Nr.1 real estate website in Greece. Follow the steps:

In order to upload a listing on Spitogatos, you first have to create a mySpitogatos account. After you register or log in as a private, click on List your property button. Select the category and subcategory of the property and check the relevant box if it is available for sale or rent.

Add the exact location of the property and confirm if the pin has been placed correctly in the map, otherwise move the map in order to replace the pin.

Fill in the main characteristics of the property, such as the price, the square meters, and the floor number. You can look at an example below.

Add more information for the property, such as the construction year, heating medium and the date where the property will be available for rent or sale.

FSBO step 4

Write a thorough description to present your property in detail and highlight the strong features of the property and the neighborhood. Add a Greek and an English version of the description to reach a wider audience.

FSBO step 5

Upload representative, high quality photos from the interior and the exterior spaces of the property. You can upload up to 25 photos and also add a video link.

FSBO step 6

Fill in your contact details very carefully in order for people who are interested in your property to be able to communicate with you via telephone or email.

Move to the final step, where you need to send an SMS from a Greek number with the word spitogatos to 54888 or call 901 901 44 55. As soon as you have received the activation code on your mobile phone in SMS or voice message, type it in the box to activate the listing.

The listing is active for 6 months and you can extent it or publish another listing by receiving a new activation code with the same charges. If you need any help with the activation code, feel free to contact us.
